I'm Kerry Hodgkinson, a psychotherapist with over 15 years experience helping adults work through trauma, anxiety, and life's challenges. I offer a warm, holistic approach that recognises the connection between mind and body.
For over 15 years, I've helped people navigate life's most difficult moments. My approach is warm, practical, and tailored to you.
Having spent years supporting firefighters, prison officers, and ambulance personnel at a rehabilitation centre, I understand trauma and the courage it takes to ask for help. I work holistically, recognising the connection between mind and body.
As one of the few EMDR Europe Accredited Consultants in Cumbria, I believe everyone has the capacity for change. Sometimes we just need the right support.
Get in TouchReaching out for support takes courage, especially when we're programmed to 'just get on with it'.

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) is a powerful therapy for trauma, recommended by NICE for treating PTSD.
When we experience traumatic events, we can feel stuck. EMDR helps your brain process these memories, reducing their emotional grip.
Real experiences from people I've had the privilege to work with.
